We all love to share our passions on these items. And that's precisely what we deliver and, best of all, not like anything else. Our designs are original and different from anything else you have seen.
Who Am I
RealCoolStickers.com is a Graphic Designer owner business. I'm Dean Iodice, the owner and Artist for all the products in the shop. I take a lot of pride in the design work, and each product created stands as an icon of great design with passions at the top of my mind. I do all the design work and production myself in my design studio in Pembroke Pines, FL.
I've been a professional Graphic Design for the last 30 years. I've done and seen all from working in a corporate setting designing logos and brochures to website design during the dotcom bust back in the 90s.
In the early 2000's I was an Adobe Photoshop instructor at a Graphic Design school in Miami, Fl. As you can see, I have a strong background in design.
I love design; it moves me.
How I Work
RealCoolStickers is a small business and very happy that way. The company is operated on a made-to-order system. This allows me to create many great designs and work in a mode that uses my creativity to its maximum. Strong business processes allow me to produce and ship designs within two business days.
Using the highest quality materials is misson one. I believe that great design, high-quality material, and excellent customer service are the building blocks for success.
Lastly, I wanted to add a little more info about customer service. I touched on it a little above, but I think giving you a deeper understanding of my idea of excellent customer service is essential.
The world has changed. Everything is happening faster, and more businesses compete for the same customers. The one thing that seems to be the norm is poor customer service. It's a forgotten thing; the attitude of too many businesses is fast money. But that's not what I stand for; maybe I'm just old school in my thinking, but I think it's the right way to think. I treat my customers the way I would expect to be treated when I spend money with a business.
My motto is I don't want your money if you are unhappy. Most people hate customer service, but customer service is the easiest part of the business. Just make the customer happy, and life is easy.
It's a pretty simple policy. If you are not happy, then I'm not satisfied, and I will bend over backwards to ensure you are pleased with your purchase; whether it's a $4.00 sticker or a $30.00 tee-shirt, total customer satisfaction is my motto.
